An instant written diagnosis of a fault's most likely cause
SNAP Analysis is a self-learning tool that interprets PROFIBUS diagnostic data gathered by ComBricks and suggests the most likely cause of any fault—a true time-saver and a great enabler of preventative maintenance. The analysis is written uses simple language and images, removing the need to interpret complicated oscilloscope images and messages yourself.
Provides an intuitive helicopter view of the entire network
This new external software—and add-on to the Osiris platform—is perfect for large networks. It fuses the data of multiple Atlas units into one convenient overview, listing all your network’s connected devices and letting you drill down to individual unit data. And because you access this overview via your PC, you can assess the health of your entire network remotely. Need to add another Atlas to your network? No problem. Osiris Enterprise lets you add as many as you want.
Troubleshoot and monitor EtherCAT using Osiris
EtherCAT is gaining in popularity rapidly in many industries. No wonder. It’s the fastest of the Industrial Ethernet protocols, it synchronizes with nanosecond accuracy, and there are no limitations to its topology. That’s why Osiris now offers users an EtherCAT Master Diagnostics interface. It gathers all your network’s live data into one place and analyses it, helping you easily assess your network’s cyclic, software and hardware health.

Introducing LockBox and SeeVerify
The daily challenges of the end-user have always been the focus in the development of our solutions. To add additional value to the user benefits, we are introducing two cloud-based platforms called LockBox and SeeVerify.
LockBox is a platform for combining, sharing, collecting feedback, and monitoring approved documentation, firmware or other articles for network or operational devices. It enables key personnel to create a “catalogue” of the items needed per device on the network, allowing admins to select the approved items per device for internal use within the company or share them with team members worldwide for use on the network. This way, all devices are kept up-to-date and file sharing via email, shared folders or USBs is avoided. The articles in the database can be encoded in block-chain for security and future verification if the document is authentic. This creates additional security as the admin uploads files centrally, from an authenticated website, for use by the global workforce.
The second platform, SeeVerify, serves as a tool to create “guidelines” for the purpose of instructing field resources on activities and rules to be completed. These “guidelines” can be referred to as “templates” for a simple deployment of repetitive inputs or activities and can be combined into “projects” for larger deployments in different operations requiring multiple specific inputs. This makes it possible to lock in knowledge of the most advanced resources on what they have learned over the years and easily share best practice globally.
